They fixed a problem with the rear of my car. Since it was still under warranty they did it no charge. Very honest, it’s refreshing to know there are honest mechanics still out there.

Another satisfied visit to Gages Lake Auto. Explained all the problems and got a loaner that would fit in our garage. Pat called to explain what they found and get my ok. Car was ready next day, at 1 so when my husband got home at 2:50 we could go right down to gas up the loaner and get ours back. Will be taking our other 2 cars in next month for oil changes. Pat is a good addition to the Gages Lake family.

I thought I had a rear main gasket that had finally let loose. I brought it in to have them do the work to the tune of around $1200. They called me and told me it was an oil filter that had come loose, and my rear main seal was not the major problem, when they easily could have done the work that I requested and I never would have known the difference. An oil change instead of $1200. Thats the type of real honesty and integrity I value.
