My family has been taking our cars to gauges Lake Auto for many years now because from the first time they were professional courteous, not trying to oversell. I know a thing or two about cars how they work, but obviously nowhere near the diagnostic skills and experience that the mechanics here have they tell you what you need urgently and what you could wait . The Staff has always been so courteous and I feel Ive never been taken advantage of. I will be taking my cars here for as long as Im in the area. With your personal vehicle, especially in this day and age its hard to find a trustworthy shop and I definitely have with Gages Lake Auto. Thank you all!

They went over and beyond my expectations. I felt up to date with every thing that had to be done to my car, they fully explained what and why things needed to be fixed and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (like I have been in the past with other businesses).
