had a appt this week but last week the power steering was making a terrible. stopped by and they took it right away and gave me a loaner. asked them to do a through check of car since it was now my car after my husband got a new one. they looked it over good and took care of a few things we've been waiting on. the powering pump they got in was defective so they ordered a new one which meant i'd have the loaner over the weekend. picked up today and feel confident the car is ready for winter. great advisors and mechanics as always. price was great for the work that was done.

Carol, We really appreciate the 5 STAR review! Thank you for bringing the Chevrolet Malibu SS in for service. We traced the steering noises to the Power Steering Pump and replaced it. Unfortunately the new component had a bad bearing right out of the box, so the pump had to be replaced again. We can not thank you enough for your patience as we worked through this issue.
