I have been coming here for a few years- for oil changes, new tires, mechanical fixes. Hands down the best customer service I have received with any car service center including dealerships. They are always friendly, professional and offer exceptional communication!

Very good service w/thorough explanation of the service needed. They do not try "UPSELL" the customer. As matter of fact, a service that I thought I needed was explain as to why I did not need -- that lends to trust. I was pleasantly surprise to find that a Service Rep (Pat) that I had worked with for years and knows the vehicle was part of the company. It's a place the I would recommend. Ask for Pat!

Took my car to Gages Lake Auto for the first time and they did an awesome job. They explained exactly what needed to be done, gave a fair price, completed the repairs quickly, and provided a loaner. It's so nice to finally find a shop I can trust.

In recently for regular maintenance and as always, great service, excellent explanations of any issues and wouldn't take my car anywhere else!!

The quality of service was excellent. Staff was capable and friendly, communicated issues and progress well. I did think the cost of the work was extreme.
