This was my son's car. Somethings needed to be fixed and Gages Lake Auto took the time and explained my options so I could make an informed decision. I am very pleased with this shop and most importantly … they do a great job! Everyone is so nice!!

Ray, as always, thank you for the wonderful review! We were able to isolate to rattle noise on the Nissan Rouge to some failed fasteners at the front sub-frame assembly. While the vehicle was in the shop we replaced the tires and performed an alignment. Thank you again for the fantastic review!

Dropped my car off to see why it was over heating and they called me and said the water pump was leaking and that my car was still under manufactures warranty. They were upfront and transparent that the warranty would likely cover the repair and towing to a dealership which was awesome!!! Nothing better then complete honesty!!! These guys get it!!!

Competent, efficient and honest service, the promptness in getting my car in for repair at either location, and the personable and friendly service.
