My jeep wasn’t shifting into park. Was fearing the worst ofc! They called to tell me “Rocky the squirrel had lodged a big walnut in the gearshift”!!! Hahaha and they even returned said walnut to me as a souvenir when I picked my jeep up! I was overdue for an oil change so they took care of that as well. They even did a thorough inspection of everything and recommended things that need to be addressed in the future, like my front brakes and the brake fluid—-Which I was already aware of. My bill was $181 for everything . I love that they were so fair and honest! And I will return to them to get my front brakes done. Oh and did I mention they gave me a loaner for no charge? I wish I could post a pic of the walnut!!! 🐿️

Called last Thursday about my genesis G90 wouldn’t start at all they told me to tow it in I spoke with WILLIE he did mention the 155 service fee to check the car that is expected many people complain but understand to check the car anywhere that is reliable and professional their will be a fee then they quote me a price and as work started to get done they ran into a. Lot of issues that most places would charge me over 4k they did the job replaces my starter and battery and other work done to the car on a highly hard car to work on and paid under 1700 for everything including the service check fee ! My car runs amazing ! They were honest yes may be expensive at times but guess what anytime a car breaks down we have cost the point of this review is they treat you like family and are upfront on what they can do I will bring my car back here for service ! It’s about honestly and hard work and honest work that has no price ! Thank you to the service team and to Willie as well as KEN who were very nice polite ! Also got quotes elsewhere and they were by far the best price and best reviews ! I highly recommend GAGES LAKE AUTO !! 5 STARS
