Where else but here can you set your own appointment time at your convenience, I have never had to take back a vehicle they had worked on. I never hesitate to call them if my cars need repair or I hear a noise that was not there before and have them check it out.

I have been a long time customer. They have a very friendly, knowledgable, and professional staff. I would and have recommended them for service. They make me feel like family every time I come in for service. They have helped me tremendously when I needed last minute repairs, and never have dissapointed myself or my family.

My car had several warning lights that came on intermittently. I first took the car to a different shop, where they thought they addressed the issue. However, the warning lights came back. I took the car in to Gages Lake Auto, and they fixed the problem. They kept the car for several days so that they could test drive it at various times. They called me with a full explanation about the problem. Their customer service team is friendly and knowledgeable. I also got to use a complimentary loaner car. I will be back the next time my car experiences a problem.
