The system of making appointments on-line is simple and dependable. 4. When I arrive for my appointment, the check in is on time and efficient. 5. They contact me when my vehicle is fixed and ready for pick-up. The key to my appreciation is the word "Trust." They have proven to be a trustworthy organization.

I have used Gages Lake's services for over 20 years. When ever I go there I feel like I'm one of their cousins. Just a great bunch of people. My last visit was for an oil change and I mentioned a rattle that was driving me crazy for over a year. In 10 minutes the problem was solved. I went from wanting to get rid of the car to wanting to keep it for at least two more years. Great service if you ask me. Take your car to them, you won't be sorry.

my service air bag light came on and i have been having trouble with the battery not holding it's charge even though i drive it every couple days as the guys told me to. got me right in next day and got a loaner. checked all over, alternator good and nothing else appears to be draining the battery. checked battery and since not holding charge - which caused air bag light to come on - they put in a new battery in under warranty. another great job and excellent customer service.
