HAD THE WIFES VAN INTO THE SHOP FOR AN OIL CHANGE & TO CHECK STATUS OF POSSIBLE FOOT AREA HEATER NOT WORKING. THE TECH'S EVALUATED THE VAN AND ADVISED THE HEATER WAS WORKING PROPERLY. BUT ALSO LOCATED OTHER ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. THE TECH ADVISED THAT SOME OF THE OTHER ISSUES SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND OTHER ARE STILL OKAY TO BE CHECKED UP ON ON THE NEXT OIL CHANGE APPOINTMENT. THE STAFF AND TECH'S HAVE ALWAYS BEEN STRAIGHT FORWARD WITH US. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF THE SHOP SINCE DAY ONE OF THERE OPENNING AND ALSO FROM THE PRIOR SHOP OWNERS.
